AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES:
The Duty Manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, always on call to handle emergencies. The Duty Manager is a member of the Reservations Department, responsible for handling all reservations outside of office hours. During office hours, please deal with your reservation consultant.
