Elewana is pleased to have Annette Bulman as part of the team in her role as Regional Guest Services & Standards Manager. Born and raised in New Zealand, Annette has always had a passion for nature, adventure, and the great outdoors. Having worked at some of the finest wildlife camps and beach resorts in Africa, Annette has also lived in some of the most beautiful destinations from Lamu to Zanzibar and the Masai Mara to the Okavango Delta.

Her 30 plus year career in hospitality began when she left New Zealand at the age of 17, sailing to New York and then landing eventually in the UK, where she began her career with housekeeping services at a city hotel and then as a cocktail bartender. She then pursued a career in casinos in the UK, Sun City RSA, and Australia, working her way to management and training staff for the opening of Burswood Island Resort in Perth. Her journey back to Africa came after 7 years in Australia, when she awoke one day to a longing for the Continent and decided to act upon it.
