Nicky Bryden, Elewana’s Group Training & Development Chef has overseen and created new food & beverage menus at the properties and continuously works to innovate the menus. She recently implemented a new Bush Breakfast at Elsa’s Kopje which now features delicious Bush “Skottel’ Bagels!
