TRANSFERS
USD 80.00 per vehicle, one-way, maximum number of passengers per vehicle is 4.
NOTES
- Kilindi Zanzibar is 'predominantly' an adults-only hotel. All guests must be aged 16 years or older. Family groups may be accommodated when the hotel is booked-out on an exclusivity basis.
- The two bedroom deluxe pavillion accommodates up to 4 people
- Guest Pavilions not suitable for extra beds.
- Group and exclusive use rates available on request.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Between 16th December, 2013 and 8th January, 2014 minimum stay is 7 nights
- 25% non refundable deposit to secure a booking, full payment strictly 60 days in advance of arrival.
- Cancellation penalty of 1-month notice at 100% and 2 months at 50%.
LIABILITY
The Agent agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elewana Afrika, the owner, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns of each from and against any and all damages, losses, claims, demands, suits, proceedings, judgments, losses or expenses (including, without limitation, costs, attorneys’ fees and fees of other professionals) on any nature whatsoever (whether based in tort, breach of contract, product liability, patent or copyright infringement, or otherwise) arising directly or indirectly from or out of the performance or operation of this Agreement including their respective activities.
