TRANSFERS

USD 70.00 per vehicle, one-way, maximum number of passengers per vehicle is 4.

NOTES

• Children under 12 years of age pay 50% of the per person rate when occupying a Family Pavilion
• Children under two years of age, stay free
• The two Family Pavilions sleep up to 4 people (2 adults and two children in one king size bed and two single beds)
• Guest Pavilions not suitable for children or extra beds
• Single Room Supplement is 50% of person rate.
• Group and exclusive use rates available on request.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Between 16th December, 2011 and 7th January, 2012 minimum stay is 7 nights
• 25% non refundable deposit to secure a booking, full payment strictly 60 days in advance of arrival.
• Cancellation penalty of 1-month notice at 100% and 2 months at 50%.

LIABILITY

The Agent agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elewana Afrika, the owner, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns of each from and against any and all damages, losses, claims, demands, suits, proceedings, judgments, losses or expenses (including, without limitation, costs, attorneys’ fees and fees of other professionals) on any nature whatsoever (whether based in tort, breach of contract, product liability, patent or copyright infringement, or otherwise) arising directly or indirectly from or out of the performance or operation of this Agreement including their respective activities.
